Visited the Reliance Smart Bazar today. A very good store with a wide range of products of everyday use at attractive prices. One can find good discounts on many products at any time, apart from special offers. A minimum discount of 5% is available on all products. Apart from fruits, vegetables and dairy products, all staples, grocery items and toilet products are available on the ground and first floors. The first floor also has considerable range of daily use clothing for kids, women and men, besides small household appliances, kitchen items, crockery, limited steel kitchen items, footwear, luggage, plastic products etc. The store has a few parking spots for cars. The display is fairly ok and the premises are maintained neat and clean. I found the staff to be courteous and helpful as I went around almost all the departments. There are adequate check out counters, but not all counters are manned, causing delays. This can easily be solved, if the management takes the initiative. My wife bought a good selection of clothes for daily use today and a staff member of the department, Ms Sunitha, was very helpful. She not only helped us in the department, showing many of the items, but also explained about the various offers available. She even brought all the selected items to the check out counter and helped us complete our purchases. This is an instance of an employee going out of the way to help customers, May her tribe increase. We have been regular customers of Reliance Stores for over 7 years now at Hyderabad and Miryalaguda (Telangana State). We are on a visit to Ernakulam and shopped at the store. Extremely happy experience!
