I recently visited Reliance Smart Bazaar in Tinsukia, and overall, it was a good experience. The store offers a wide variety of items, and most of them are available at lower prices compared to other places in town, which is definitely a plus for regular shoppers. Having also been to the Smart Bazaar in Tezpur, I found the Tinsukia outlet comparatively smaller and a bit congested, especially during peak hours. However, the layout is still manageable, and it doesn’t take away too much from the overall shopping experience. While some products—especially in certain categories—seem to have limited availability, the essentials are usually well-stocked. The staff here deserve a special mention. They are polite, helpful, and ready to assist without being intrusive. Another big positive is the minimal waiting time at the billing counters. So far, every time I’ve visited, the checkout process has been smooth and quick. One area of improvement would be the grocery section. While it’s decent, it would be great if they could introduce fresher collections and expand the range—especially in fresh produce and daily-use food items—at competitive prices. All in all, Reliance Smart Bazaar Tinsukia is a convenient and budget-friendly shopping destination. With a few tweaks in inventory and space management, it has the potential to become a top choice for shoppers in the area.
