Smart Bazaar is the best shop in Thiruvalla. Their staff truly stand out for their quality and professionalism. They respect customers' space and never interfere unnecessarily, giving shoppers complete freedom—especially in the dress section. Hats off to the team! Every store should learn from them. We’re in 2025, and no one wants annoying staff hovering around anymore. If we need help, we’ll ask for it. Smart Bazaar is a great example of how modern retail should be done.

It’s a pretty good super market in Thiruvalla, has most stuff under one roof. They have great offers and more selection, in budget wise they do a great job In providing everything under one roof. They provide most stuff under MRP that makes it dearly for the middle class, but it sure does has its down sides- knowledge of products,(best rice for making dosha batter, or some suggestions on products could make this place feel more welcoming). It’s a great location, ample parking, neat, well kept aisles & stacks, budget friendly, below MRP products, multiple lanes of counters are all the plus points of this place. Things that they could work on would be their quality of grocery (shallots, potato) All in all this place is 4/5.
