Overall, the experience was good and I am satisfied with the store. This is a really positive change for Koyilandy. It is very convenient to get almost everything in one place with such a good shopping experience. However, the arrangement inside the store could be improved. Many trolleys were left blocking the aisles, and most of them did not even contain any products. Customers were leaving the trolleys randomly around the store, which made it difficult to move freely. Also, there were not enough staff members available to provide product information or assistance. Still, thanks to Smart Bazaar for bringing such a good shopping facility to Koyilandy.
