I'm a regular customer of reliance. This is very helpful and cheaper compared to outside shops. So many offers are also available. Different types of vegetables and fruits are there. Exotics fruits are also available. It's very cheaper and mostly half the price of the mrp. The superstore has everything the family needs. From groceries to clothes, crockery, fruits, vegetables, Utensils etc everything is there. But once I had a bad experience with the billing area. A woman was billing that day and she had billed ours and one other person bill together we were not knowing this we thought she was doing other person products. At last that person was a good person we resolved by paying him. But we needed to exchange 1 product and told them they said we can't they called that woman who has done shis and she said please adjust with this product. At last the product exchange.so I would say mostly the mistakes with the billing happens with women womens. But the shop is very convenient
