Long queues, overcrowding, and parking issues are common concerns here. However, I'd like to share a positive experience. On 19/06/2026, I purchased a few items from the discount section at Reliance. After billing, I noticed that one item had not been charged at the discounted price. Naturally, I was upset and raised the issue. To my surprise, the cashier remained calm, polite, and immediately directed me to customer care. The team quickly acknowledged the mistake, apologized, and processed a refund as per my preference instead of offering a voucher. The entire process took less than 10 minutes, despite it being around 9 PM and me being anxious about a long drive home. What impressed me most was the patience and professionalism of the staff throughout the interaction. They even assisted me until I reached my vehicle and reassured me before I left. Sometimes, as customers, we can be harsh when things go wrong. This experience reminded me how much a calm and helpful attitude from staff can make a difference.
