Long queues, overcrowding, and parking issues are common concerns here. However, I'd like to share a positive experience. On 19/06/2026, I purchased a few items from the discount section at Reliance. After billing, I noticed that one item had not been charged at the discounted price. Naturally, I was upset and raised the issue. To my surprise, the cashier remained calm, polite, and immediately directed me to customer care. The team quickly acknowledged the mistake, apologized, and processed a refund as per my preference instead of offering a voucher. The entire process took less than 10 minutes, despite it being around 9 PM and me being anxious about a long drive home. What impressed me most was the patience and professionalism of the staff throughout the interaction. They even assisted me until I reached my vehicle and reassured me before I left. Sometimes, as customers, we can be harsh when things go wrong. This experience reminded me how much a calm and helpful attitude from staff can make a difference. Located in main place. Lot of items are available. Groceries, stationeries and household items can be purchased here. Good option for Hassan. May consider for increase the staff in billing, as some times it is not working or staff not available. Compare to more market, reward points are less here.
