Reliance SMART Superstore

Visited Reliance Smart and overall it’s been a really positive experience. The store is well-organized, stocked with all daily essentials, and easy to navigate. Billing is smooth and the place is generally clean and well-maintained. What truly stands out for me, though, is something more personal. We rescued 7 little pups nearby, and even though this place is around 10 km from my home, I’ve been coming here every single day for more than 30 days to feed them. A special mention to the watchman, Gore—he goes out of his way to help and personally feeds the pups in the morning as well. The Reliance staff support this by providing food to him, which he then makes sure reaches the pups. He also takes care of feeding their mother, which honestly shows real compassion. If anyone is reading this, I’m not asking for money—but if you ever visit, please take a moment to show some love to these little pups. You’ll find them near the main gate of the bazaar, or you can simply ask the gate watchman. Small gestures go a long way. This place stands out not just for service, but for humanity.

Less crowded place compared to D Mart and you get almost everything you want.
