Reliance SMART Superstore

I had a very good experience at Reliance Smart Store thevara about two weeks ago. I bought some items worth around ₹1300 and gave ₹1500 at the counter. One of the notes was slightly wet because of the rain. When the cashier counted the money, he noticed it was actually ₹2000 and immediately returned ₹500 to me. His honesty truly moved me. In today’s world, not everyone would do that but this cashier did, with a genuine smile. It’s people like him who remind us that goodness and integrity still exist. A big heartfelt thank you to that cashier your honesty made my day and earned my respect forever. 🙏❤️God bless you

Earlier, I had noticed a few issues at the Reliance Store in Thevara there were cockroaches near the billing counter and not enough billing staff, which made the shopping experience a bit uncomfortable. I raised the concern with the store manager, and I’m truly impressed with the response! When I visited again yesterday, the store was completely transformed clean, well organized, and hygienic. The billing counters were well staffed, and everything moved smoothly. It’s clear that the manager took the feedback seriously and worked hard to make real improvements. Kudos to the store manager and the team for taking customer feedback positively and maintaining such a Good shopping environment now. Great job! ✨
