This is quite disappointing, as fresh produce is a key expectation when shopping for groceries. It would be a significant improvement if the management focused on regular restocking and ensured that only the freshest vegetables are available to customers. This aspect currently detracts considerably from the overall shopping experience. Another area that needs streamlining is the billing process. The queues at the checkout counters are often quite long, especially during peak hours. This can lead to a significant amount of waiting time, which is frustrating for customers who have completed their shopping. Adding more billing counters or implementing a more efficient system would greatly enhance customer satisfaction and reduce congestion.
