Reliance Smart is clearly visible from the main road, located right beside St. Augustine School 🏫—a prime and easily accessible location 📍. There's a large parking area in front 🚗, which is convenient for two-wheelers, though four-wheeler parking can be a bit tricky during peak hours. The mall has 3 floors 🏢: Ground Floor: Groceries and daily essentials 🥦🍞 First Floor: Cosmetics, culinary items, and household goods 💄🍽️ Second Floor: Bags, apparel, and stationery 🎒👗✏️ The culinary section is particularly impressive and one of my favorites 🍲. They also offer a nice variety of gifting items 🎁. The mall is well-staffed with people ready to help 🙋‍♂️🙋‍♀️. They keep the stock updated regularly 🔄, which ensures you get fresh and trendy products. Bathrooms are available on the first floor 🚻, though they can be a bit hard to find. Just ask a staff member if you’re unsure. At checkout, there are 5–6 counters available 💳, but unfortunately, not all are active all the time ⏳. Also, it's worth mentioning that some staff members may behave a bit rudely when things get hectic 😕. Good news—Sodexo is accepted here ✅, making payments easier for many. Overall, a great place for regular shopping in a central location with a wide variety of items and helpful staff (most of the time) 🛒✨.
