Reliance SMART Superstore

Suprisingly a big store. Staff behaviour wise they are doing their best. Though there are opportunities to improve like supervisors instructing their team members in front of customers on the floor can be avoided as sometimes it will be perceived as rude behaviour by customers. However we definitely cannot expect a 5 star hotel level customer experience because of the people who are working there may not have exposure or training to equal a metro city level interaction with customers. I don't agree with few other reviews which says that staff members there are not good etc. There is a huge potential there and I can see they are working hard. Just fine tuning a bit and some training on customer service is enough.
